CANCELLATION TERMS:

As the venue requires advance payment, should you cancel your booking, a charge will be made equivalent to the loss incurred by NTDA.

The following percentages of the total amount you have paid will be applied:

If cancellation occurs 8-12 weeks before the event, cancellation charge is 25%

If cancellation occurs 4-8 weeks before the event, cancellation charge is 50%

If cancellation occurs 2-4 weeks before the event, cancellation charge is 75%

If cancellation occurs 2 weeks or less before the event, cancellation charge is 100%

 

Please also note that the booking fee for your purchase is fully non-refundable by NTDA.
